Shipping

We offer complimentary shipping on all orders, both within the United States and internationally. Domestic shipments are sent via USPS and typically arrive within seven to ten business days after the order has been dispatched from our warehouse. International packages are also shipped through USPS and generally reach their destination within eleven to fifteen working days once the order has left our facility. Delivery times begin counting after the shipment has been processed and handed over to the carrier.

Our fulfillment team works carefully and efficiently to prepare and send out orders as quickly as possible. Please keep in mind that shipments are processed on business days only. Orders are not shipped on weekends or on major holidays, including New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day. Orders placed during weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next available business day. While we strive to meet estimated timeframes, actual delivery dates may vary slightly due to carrier delays or high shipping volumes.

After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email containing your order number and purchase details. This confirms that your order has been successfully received in our system. Once your package has been prepared and is ready to leave the warehouse, you will receive a separate email that includes your tracking number. This tracking number allows you to monitor your shipment’s progress directly through the carrier’s website. Please allow at least twelve hours for tracking updates to appear after receiving the tracking notification, as it may take some time for the carrier’s system to reflect the most recent status.

If you experience an issue with your delivery, such as a delay, missing package, or tracking status that appears inaccurate, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly as the first step. In many cases, carriers can provide additional details about the shipment’s location or clarify situations where a package may have been marked as delivered prematurely. Sometimes additional delivery instructions or verification may be required to complete the shipment successfully.
