Returns Policy

We are pleased to provide complimentary returns on unused, full-price items purchased through baggu or at our retail store locations within 30 days from the original purchase date. Returned merchandise must be in new condition, showing no signs of wear or use. Items should be sent back in their original state to qualify for a refund.

Customers located within the United States who wish to return or exchange a product should first submit a return request for the item they no longer wish to keep. If you prefer an exchange, you may select the same product in a different color, as long as the price remains unchanged. If you would rather choose a different item entirely, you can place a new order directly online. In addition to mail-in returns, exchanges and returns may also be completed at any of our retail store locations for added convenience.

After your package is delivered to our warehouse, please allow up to six business days for processing and confirmation. Once the return has been reviewed and approved, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment. If more than six business days have passed since your return was marked as delivered and you have not yet received confirmation or a refund, please reach out to [email protected] so we can assist you promptly.

Online purchases may also be returned in-store. To ensure a smooth transaction, please bring the order confirmation email you received at the time of purchase. This will help our store team locate your order details and complete the return efficiently.

If you need to return or exchange a gift, you will be asked to provide the original order number along with the delivery ZIP code associated with the purchase. Both pieces of information can be found on the packing slip included with the shipment. Having these details ready will allow us to process the request without delay.

All products are backed by a one-year limited warranty that covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal use. This warranty does not apply to damage resulting from regular wear and tear, misuse, or accidental damage. While quality issues are uncommon, if you experience a manufacturing defect, please notify us promptly by emailing [email protected] so we can review your claim and provide assistance.

For customers outside the United States seeking warranty support, we are happy to offer a replacement for items confirmed to have manufacturing defects. Please contact us with relevant details and photos if applicable, and our team will provide further instructions to resolve the issue as efficiently as possible.
