Mobile Message Service Terms and Conditions
Last revised: 8/21/2024
The mobile messaging program is provided and managed by us. By enrolling in or using this text messaging service, you agree to comply with these Mobile Terms. Your participation confirms that you accept the conditions outlined here. We reserve the right to update, modify, suspend, or discontinue the messaging service or any part of it at any time without prior notice. Where permitted by law, we may also revise these terms. Continued enrollment or use of the service after changes become effective indicates your acceptance of those updates.
By choosing to receive SMS or text communications, you consent to receiving recurring messages sent to the mobile number you supplied. Messages may be delivered using automated dialing technology or similar systems. These communications may include promotional content such as special offers, discounts, product announcements, event notifications, and reminders related to items left in your shopping cart. Messages may be sent through your wireless carrier even if your number is listed on a federal or state Do Not Call registry.
Enrollment in the messaging program is entirely optional. You are not required to sign up for text communications in order to make a purchase, and agreeing to receive messages is not a condition of buying any products or services. Participation is voluntary and currently available only to individuals located in the United States and Canada.
There is no separate fee charged by us to participate in the messaging program. However, you are responsible for any charges imposed by your wireless provider. Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile plan. Message frequency may vary based on your interaction with the program and promotional schedules. For details about potential fees, please review your mobile service plan or contact your wireless carrier directly. All charges related to text messaging, including those assessed by your carrier, remain your responsibility.
You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time. To stop receiving messages, text the keyword STOP to 31214. After submitting your request, you will receive a one-time confirmation message verifying your removal from the program. Following that confirmation, you will no longer receive text messages unless you re-enroll or initiate further communication. If you require assistance, you may text HELP to 31214 or contact us by email at [email protected] for support.
From time to time, we may change the short code or phone number used to send messages. If such a change occurs, we will provide notice where appropriate. Please note that if you send a STOP or HELP request to a number that has been replaced, we may not receive your message and may not be able to process your request. It is important to use the most current contact information provided.
Wireless carriers participating in this service are not responsible for delayed, undelivered, or misdirected messages. You agree to provide a valid and accurate mobile number when enrolling. If you change or deactivate your mobile number, you must sign up again with your new number to continue receiving messages.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any failed, delayed, or incorrectly delivered messages, errors within message content, or any actions taken or not taken based on the information sent through the messaging service. Participation is at your own discretion and risk.
We are committed to protecting your personal information. For details about how we collect, use, and safeguard your data in connection with this service, please review our Privacy Policy.
